3. Subscription Plans

Premium and Business Plans: • Active subscriptions can be cancelled at any time • Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on usage • Partial refunds may be offered for unused subscription periods

4. Enterprise and Business Plans

Business and Enterprise Subscriptions: • Business and enterprise plans have custom refund terms specified in your service agreement • Please refer to your contract or contact our sales team for specific refund terms • Custom training and on-site services are subject to separate cancellation policies
